We use Casper for iPads and Apple TV's. For the Apple computers, we use Open Directory, Apple Remote Desktop and Deploy Studio. Open Directory for computer settings, Apple Remote Desktop to push software or remotely assist, and Delpoy Studio for imaging. I think Open Directory is your 'more like SCCM' option. I know I've seen Casper mentioned many times here on SW, but I guess Airwatch has gone in one and out the other as we're happy with our deployment solution, we deploy/re-image around 1000 machines a year.
