Newbie Question Help Using Javafx On Java 7 For Mac
My Mac wanted to update to XQuartz 2.7.10 (xorg-server 1.18.4). That's still with OS X Yosemite 10.10.5, i.e. Not the latest base OS.
Amd radeon hd 6320m drivers for mac. Even stranger is the fact that my Windows 10 was already activated and didn't require a key. I assume this is because when I initially upgraded my Windows 8.1 Boot Camp install it tied my original Win 8 key (which I have a disc for) to my machine, thereby allowing it to get the Win 10 upgrade for free. Lo and behold, my AMD graphics drivers were already installed and when checking Catalyst Control Centre (no errors btw) it says my Driver Packaging Version is -150715a-186304C and my Catalyst Control Center version is 2015.0715.2138.37093.

You're accessing a two dimensional array. The first index tells which (sub)array to view, and the second indicates the specific index within that array.
After the update, glxinfo and any JavaFX based tools would still crash with libGL error: No matching fbConfigs or visuals found libGL error: failed to load driver: swrast Based on I then issued this command: defaults write org.macosforge.xquartz.X11 enableiglx -bool true and now glxinfo and JavaFX based UIs work fine via an ssh connection to Linux. Not sure if the 2.7.10 update is essential, of if just the 'defaults' setting is the key.
